We are pleased to announce that we are currently working on the solution to the problem of import and introduction into circulation of prohibited non-energy efficient fuel boiler space heaters (turbocharged boilers) in the territory of Ukraine.
On May 29, 2024, a Memorandum on Cooperation with the European Business Association was signed, within the framework of which our Team will provide consulting support to the members of the Association — official importers of energy efficient boilers.
The said prohibition was introduced by the Technical Regulation on ecodesign requirements for space heaters, approved by the Government Decree in December 2019, which was developed on the basis of the relevant Regulation of the European Union.
We will make every effort to solve this problem because it is not only the end users who suffer in such conditions, but also the state (from lost taxes and customs duties) and Ukrainian businesses themselves, which suffer significant losses from unfair competition in the market while complying with the requirements of the Ukrainian law.
