With an experience in commercial, contract and corporate law, Igor Derevyanko provides legal advice on the current activities of enterprises and organizations, corporate structuring. He also assists in resolving corporate conflicts, provides crisis management and develops programs to prevent legal risks in enterprises. Moreover, he participated in international TACIS projects and accompanied real estate transactions.
