On April 19, 2024 our team held an informative webinar regarding «Changes in the procedure for conducting mobilization in Ukraine» with a focus on duties and responsibilities of the employer and individuals.
Our Counsel, Ph.D., Attorney-at-law Kateryna Brodska thoroughly analyzed all the innovations of Ukrainian legislation, particularly, reservation of conscripts and restrictions for people staying abroad.
Kateryna also spoke in detail about the military registration of various categories of people and the types of responsibility in case of non-compliance with the established requirements.
