Managing Partner of DEGA PARTNERS Kostyantyn Gamkrelidze among the guests of Global Outlook 2026

On 18 September, 2026, Kostyantyn Gamkrelidze, Managing Partner at DEGA PARTNERS, joined Global Outlook 2026, a traditional event organised by the European Business Association and dedicated to the prospects for Ukraine’s economy and business amid the ongoing war.

This year’s discussion focused on issues that will directly shape Ukraine’s economic environment in the coming years:

  • investment and access to capital amid prolonged war-related risks;
  • war-risk insurance as one of the key instruments for attracting and retaining investors;
  • the resilience of critical and business infrastructure;
  • the development of capital markets and long-term investment instruments;
  • artificial intelligence, automation and robotics as drivers of business model transformation;
  • the digitalisation of socially important services and the need for an appropriate regulatory framework for the adoption of new technologies.

The participants also discussed the importance of creating conditions for Ukraine’s future recovery today — opening markets for promising sectors, attracting international partners and preparing investment projects without waiting for the end of the war.

For businesses, this means the need to make long-term decisions amid high uncertainty while taking into account security, financial, technological and regulatory risks.

We thank the European Business Association for the substantive discussion and the opportunity to contribute to the dialogue on the future of Ukraine’s economy.
